Around a lovely garden protected from the tumult of the Monaco Life, the building where our apartment is located is perfectly maintained. With only 4 floors, it sits in a charming private garden and has a lift to all floors.

Description of this charming apartment.

On the second floor of the residence, this 3-room apartment in Monaco is bathed with natural light and enjoys high ceilings. The rooms are quite spacious for this kind of construction, specially the 35sqm living room with its 4 high windows. One of them opens onto a balcony with beautiful views over the gardens, its greenery and adorable kiosk. From there, you can see the Rocher and the lights of the Princes’ Palace at night. The 2 bedrooms – one of them with balcony – also overlook the gardens. The kitchen has a window and is located at the back of the apartment, as well as the bathroom.

This apartment is to renovate – It has a large potential. It comes with a cellar in the building.
