La Vigie, Belle Epoque Villa, Architectural Pearl of the Cap Martin

The Villa La Vigie, architectural pearl of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, was built in 1902 by Sir William Ingram. Originally built as a summer residence, La Vigie has seen many prestigious owners and tenants over the years. In 1952, the Société des Bains de Mer (SBM) of Monaco acquired it and the villa became a symbol of elegance and luxury on the French Riviera.

Unique Belle Epoque villa located on the Sea Front.

Since its acquisition by the SBM, La Vigie has welcomed various personalities from the world of art and fashion - including Karl Lagerfeld who rented it for many years - becoming an emblematic place on the Riviera. After Lagerfeld, the villa was made available for exclusive events, luxury weddings and private receptions. The lush gardens that surround the property are also carefully landscaped, including sun terraces and shady areas, perfect for outdoor receptions.

Today, the Vigie remains a testimony to the cultural and architectural heritage of the region. It embodies timeless elegance and refined luxury, always attracting admirers and visitors. The preservation of this villa is a priority, so that it continues to shine as a jewel of the Riviera for future generations

It has influenced the artistic and cultural scene of the French Riviera, hosting social evenings and artistic gatherings.
