The Monte-Carlo Television Festival is celebrating its 65th edition
Following the Cannes Film Festival and the Grand Prix from 12 to 16 June, the Principality of Monaco is hosting the 65th Monte-Carlo Television Festival, an unmissable event for television enthusiasts and audiovisual professionals. For over six decades, this prestigious event has brought together studios, television channels, streaming platforms, actors, producers and content creators from all over the world.
A unique location
Based in the heart of Monaco, within the prestigious Grimaldi Forum, the Festival showcases international television productions through the renowned Nymphes d’Or competition, which recognises the best series and programmes of the year.
Located in Larvotto, this event is close to iconic residences such as La Réserve, the Houston Palace, the Columbia, 21 Princesse Grace, the Formentor, the Palais de la Plage, the Bahia, the Roccabella, as well as Mareterra, home to the Renzo, the Water Gardens and the private villas of this new eco-neighbourhood.
But beyond the competition, the event offers a unique insight into the world of television through a programme packed with opportunities to meet people and discover new things.

An immersive experience for the general public
Throughout the week, visitors will have the chance to meet the stars of the latest TV series and programmes. Free autograph sessions will give fans the opportunity to spend a few special moments with their favourite actors, taking souvenir photos, getting autographs and chatting.
The ‘Behind The Scenes’ talks also invite the audience to take a look behind the scenes of hit productions. Anecdotes from the set, behind-the-scenes insights and discussions with the creative teams offer a unique glimpse into the series that are making their mark on screens around the world.
Highly anticipated previews
The Monte-Carlo Television Festival is renowned for its ability to spot the hits of tomorrow. Many series that have since achieved cult status, such as Game of Thrones, Grey’s Anatomy and Lost, were showcased there before they became international hits.
Once again this year, festival-goers will be able to attend exclusive screenings and get a sneak preview of the films selected for the official competition. These films will then compete for one of the prestigious Golden Nymphs at the closing ceremony.
A Fan Zone at the heart of the event
To ensure an ever more welcoming experience, a Fan Zone has been set up near the red carpet and the photocall. This area allows visitors to relax between events, enjoy the entertainment on offer throughout the day, or grab a bite to eat before continuing their festival experience.

Through the Business Forum, professionals can take part in a programme of specialist conferences, round-table discussions and networking events designed to foster dialogue and the development of new business opportunities in an exclusive setting.
The glamour of official ceremonies
Highlights of this 65th edition include the opening and closing ceremonies, which bring together the biggest names in French and international television.
