The Future of the Larvotto

The Larvotto district has recently expanded with the development of the new Mareterra neighbourhood. L’Anse du Portier, also known as Mareterra, is the Principality’s new eco-neighbourhood. Also built on the seafront, this new residential area features contemporary apartment blocks such as the Renzo and Les Jardins d’Eau, as well as private villas nestled in beautiful green surroundings. This 6-hectare development also features a small marina, a residents’ swimming pool, a few shops and showrooms… Vehicle access is entirely underground and secure, so from the garden level, it is possible to reach the Japanese Garden and the Grimaldi Forum.

To complete the luxury of the apartments, the project is realized in concordance with eco-conception and eco-realization to respect the fauna and Flora around these new constructions.
