In the 1960s, Prince Rainier III, also known as Prince Builder, built the Larvotto district in order to develop tourism in the Principality. A gigantic slab was then erected and numerous luxury residences were built there: among them, the Reserve.

A building of owners

The Prince chose his wife's name for the main street of Larvotto. It is therefore along Avenue Princesse Grace that the most luxurious residences follow one another: Le Roccabella, L'Estoril, le Formentor… Yes, but all these buildings belong to a single, large Monegasque family which manages the available apartments only for rental.
