Rented - Le Ruscino, Beautiful renovated 2 room flat on the Port
Located on the famous Port Hercule where each year the Formula 1 GP takes place, the Ruscino is a very comfortable residence with concierge during the day. The surroundings of the building are very quiet and the quays offer very nice walks along the beautiful boats and luxury yachts. This residential area is located just a few steps from the restaurants of the Condamine, the Fresh Market and the schools of the district. The Shops of the Rue Grimaldi and Fontvieille are also very close.

The apartment that we have to rent has been entirely renovated. Located on the lower levels of the building, it benefits from panoramic views over the Port, the City, the Yacht Club, the Casino of Monte Carlo and the Mountains at the distance. The attractive loggias let the natural light get in the apartment. .

Description of this charming renovated apartment

Entirely renovated with luxury materials, this apartment is very bright and comfortable. The entrance hall leads to a very nice living room with loggia. The kitchen is fully fitted and opens onto the living room. The bedroom also has a loggia facing the view: it offers a large closet and built in shelves. The modern shower room and the pantry are located in the back of the flat.

This apartment is "usage mixte" (dual use) – it can be rented for residential or as an office, which could be very convenient for boat / yacht brokers. It comes with a large cellar in the building.
