Monaco's urban landscape: An echo to the famous global places
The Principality of Monaco abounds with architectural wonders spread across different neighbourhoods of the city. As the city grew, certain neighbourhoods took on familiar characteristics, drawing inspiration from iconic atmospheres reminiscent of emblematic places around the world. Our agency is delighted to introduce you to these neighbourhoods and their unique atmospheres.
Monte Carlo: English charm
Historical district of the Principality, Monte-Carlo named after Prince Charles III, boasts beautiful buildings whose historic façades reflect the Belle Époque on the French Riviera. This atmosphere can also be found along the elegant Avenue de Grande Bretagne and Boulevard des Moulins, whose historic houses are reminiscent of the Haussmannian districts of Paris or London's Mayfair. The real estate in this neighbourhood offers apartments located in bourgeois houses resembling private mansions, whose spacious rooms and high ceilings are reminiscent of the charming residences found in the old quarters of major European capitals. This is the case in some very prestigious residences, such as the Domaine de Roqueville and Le Victoria Palace, but also in more intimate residences such as the Flor Palace, the Blanc Castel and the Palais Albany.

The Carré d’or : French elegance
Built around the Casino gardens, the Carré d'Or has also been a victim of its own success and has modernised over time. Developed in the mid-19th century by François and Marie Blanc, the Monte-Carlo Casino and gardens are the heart of the district.
With views of both the Casino gardens and contemporary towers, reminiscent of the La Défense district in Paris preceded by the elegant Avenue Charles de Gaulle in Neuilly-sur-Seine, the Principality's business district is set against a classic and elegant backdrop. Highly contemporary residences comprising offices and housing have become part of Monaco's urban landscape, harmoniously blending old buildings such as the Hôtel Hermitage and the Café de Paris with contemporary masterpieces such as One Monte-Carlo, La Petite Afrique and the Park Palace.

The Jardin Exotique : the Arizona of the Côte d’Azur
Perched high above the Principality, this neighbourhood lives up to its name. It is famous for its exceptional collection of cacti, aloes, agaves, etc., and for its cliffside location overlooking Monaco and the French Riviera. The garden gave its name to this residential area, evoking sunshine, warmth, spectacular vegetation, a change of scenery and nature. It brings together species from all over the world, acclimatised to the Mediterranean microclimate.
This area is reminiscent of the plants found in South America or the southern United States, such as Arizona. The Exotic Garden is the ideal place to get away from it all while still being within the Principality.

Mareterra : Monaco's Dubai
The Principality's newest neighbourhood, built entirely on the sea, offers sumptuous villas and luxury apartments. The views are breathtaking, and the outdoor spaces of the properties available for sale in Mareterra open onto the horizon. The villas are similar in many ways to those in the Jumeira Bay and World Dubai neighbourhoods. With impressive, resolutely contemporary volumes, these houses for sale are built on several levels and feature a garden with a private swimming pool, which is extremely rare in the Principality.

Overlooking the islands of Biscayne Bay, Miami's most luxurious buildings stand proudly on Collins Avenue and Alton Road. These contemporary residences are ideal for those seeking the tranquillity of a pleasant life by the sea and the comfort of a temperate climate all year round. This clientele will undoubtedly also be charmed by the Larvotto district, which runs along the beaches of Monaco. Along Princess Grace Avenue, renowned as the most luxurious avenue in the world, luxury residences abound: The Bay House, The Roccabella, The 21 Princess Grace... Each of these buildings offers high-end amenities and unparalleled service, including exceptional swimming pools, gyms, private shuttles and more.

The Condamine : Monaco's Split
This neighbourhood in the heart of the Principality, where many events such as the Monaco Grand Prix and the Monaco Yacht Show take place, is reminiscent of Mediterranean ports. With its old houses, this neighbourhood of Monaco retains its charm. Much like the city of Split in Croatia, La Condamine is a historic district of the Principality. With its tiled roofs and proximity to Port Hercule (a marina), you will find a similar living environment. Several renowned residences in Monaco are located along Port Hercule, such as the Shangri-La, Le Palais Héraclès, Les Caravelles, etc. In addition, new buildings such as the 45G and the Stella are located in the heart of the neighbourhood, close to all the Principality's iconic shops and restaurants.

Fontvieille : Malta, the new business district in Monaco
On the border of the town of Cap d'Ail in France, this dynamic district of Monaco is a real hub for business. Close to the Fontvieille shopping centre and the marina, with breathtaking views of the Rocher, residences such as Michelangelo and Le Titien are ideal if you like to do everything on foot. Finally, residences such as the Seaside Plaza offer a high-end living environment, slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the neighbourhood and close to the port of Cap d'Ail and Marquet beach. This neighbourhood is reminiscent of Malta, with its Mediterranean landscape and views of the harbour, as well as its proximity to the city centre and the dynamism of the neighbourhood.

La Rousse/ Saint Roman : the charm of New York and its skyscrapers
In the heart of bustling Manhattan, tower blocks stand side by side, creating a modern landscape that reflects the pace of the city. The skyscrapers perform a ballet that comes to life at night with the lights of the apartments. This scene is reflected in the windows of contemporary buildings, offering a surprising spectacle. This atmosphere can be enjoyed from the apartments at Monte-Carlo Sun, Villas del Sole and Parc Saint Roman, which overlook both the beaches of Larvotto and this urban spectacle. All of these prestigious residences in Monaco offer concierge services and a private swimming pool reserved for residents of the building.
